Infotech reserves the right to inspect any item to be returned for damage or software corruption. A refund (if applicable) will only be issued within 14 days of the original purchase dated on the receipt.
On any approved return or refund there will be a 20% restocking fee applied upon the business receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment and will not be issued in cash.
Infotech Computers offers a 7-day exchange or Upgrade policy with any product purchased online or in store, for equal or greater value.
This would include;
- Operating system upgrades
- RAM upgrades
- SSD or HDD upgrades
- Graphics Card Installations (Towers Only)
Infotech Computers reserves the right to diagnose all products within the product’s warranty period; 30 or 90 days specific to the item. This will include the request for photographic proof.
Our warranty covers strictly hardware, you will be responsible for any data or software issues or viruses. If any viruses or data issues need to be address, there will be an additional charge based on the job. Your warranty covers all malfunctioning hardware, excluding physical damage to hardware. Before attempting any hardware repair in your machine, contact us immediately. If any product is opened or modified by a party other than Infotech Computers, your warranty is voided.
Our warranty does not cover laptop batteries or chargers. We do not guarantee specific time on laptop batteries. We guarantee chargers and batteries to be functional on arrival.
Online Purchase and Refund Policy
Items DOA (Dead on Arrival) or physically damaged during shipping will be covered under free return shipping.
If an item is returned due to being unwanted (Product is fully functional) customer is responsible for return shipping. 20% Restocking fee will apply.
If an item purchased online is sent back to Infotech Computers, and is approved for refund, the refund may take up to 8-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Infotech will be responsible for providing proof of refund via our payment system. If you believe the refund has not gone through, please contact us immediately so we can provide you with all and any information regarding the refund.
