Purchases
- All products must be paid in full before taken from Infotech Computers store.
- The buyer shall inspect the goods on delivery or pickup and shall notify Infotech of any defects or discrepancies within one day.
Warranty
- 1-year warranty on all NEW computer systems, unless stated otherwise.
- 30-day warranty on all USED computer systems under $200
- 90-day warranty on all USED computer systems above $200
- Warranty does not apply to software and or operating system (viruses, etc.)
- Batteries and chargers are not covered under our warranty.
- Customer modifications to the purchased product will result in warranty being voided.
Returns
- All returns/refunds of unwanted items within 14 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No Refunds or Exchanges after 14 days.
- Only defective products are eligible for a refund.
- Customer pays return shipping of unwanted items.
- Infotech will cover return shipping of defective/damaged items.
Repairs
- Any products or repairs left over 30 days; Infotech will not be held responsible for that item.
- Infotech Computers is not responsible for the follow:
- Data loss due to hard drive failure.
- Backing up data not specified by customer.
- Motherboard failure due to electrical damage
- Items & Deposits left more than 30 days.
